VINTAGE SEBRING POTTERY CHANTILLY PATTERN 5 SOUP BOWLS 8 1/4 INCH 22K GOLD TRIM

Description

This beautiful set of (5) soup bowls in the Chantilly pattern 1T-S284 depicts a Victorian couple in a garden. This pattern is also known as the courting couple. The top edge of the bowls are adorned with Warranted 22 K Gold trim in a lace pattern.
The bowls measures 8 1/4” in diameter X 1 1/4” tall and was made by The Sebring Pottery Co. of Sebring, Ohio in the 1940.
In excellent preowned vintage condition (70+ yrs. old) there are no crack, repairs or crazing. There are several old flea bites to the top edges and some wear to the gold trim from age and use. I have only found a couple minor scratches to the bottom inside of the bowl.
