CONDITION & DESCRIPTION:
Plate does have some imperfections which can be seen in photos. comes from an estate/smoker's house which may have contributed to discoloration on the edges and back of plates. Please bid accordingly.

come from a smoker's home. (Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic).

RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, please contact us right away so that we can see what can be done to fix the problem. Returns must be received back in the same condition that the item was sent to you, so make sure to wrap and pack carefully.
Your full purchase price (less shipping costs) will be refunded to you once we have received the item back in the same good condition. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of (item cost only) if the return is not a result of an issue being our fault.
