    This listing is per one 2.5" I-Block
    type lap joint clamp. Replaces
    similar Torca TorcTite exhaust c
    lamps.
    The I-block insert helps create a
    better 360° seal as opposed to
    non-insert style clamps, which
    leave a slight gap where the two
    ends of the clamp bolt together,
    allowing exhaust gasses and noise
    to escape.
    Lap joint type clamps have a step in
    them and are used where an ID end
    pipe (the expanded and slotted end)
    fit over an OD end (plain, not
    expanded). Also popularly used where
    flex pipe slides over and connects to
    pipe.
    These are not for use for butt joints,
    where two OD ends (not expanded)
    butt up against each other. Look for a
    butt joint clamp for that application.
